as well as our posted Privacy Policy. In addition, when using certain features of the Service,

These Terms of Use contain important provisions, including an arbitration clause requiring all claims to be resolved by binding arbitration.

2. Eligibility
By registering for an FP Markets Account (as defined in Section 5 below), you represent and warrant that:

(a) you are at least 18 years of age, or otherwise of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law;

(b) you are an individual, legal person, or other organization with full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms of Use;

(c) you have not been previously suspended or disqualified from using the Services;

(d) you do not currently have an FP Markets Account. If you are acting as an employee or agent of a legal entity and are entering into these Terms of Use on behalf of that legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary right and authority to bind that legal entity. 3. Prohibited Uses
By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not listed on any trade or economic sanctions list (such as those imposed by the United Nations Security Council). FP Markets reserves the right to select the markets and jurisdictions in which it operates and may, in its sole discretion, impose restrictions in certain countries or refuse to provide the Service.

b. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior written or oral agreements between the parties. No course of dealing or other customary method of dealing between the parties shall modify, interpret, supplement, or alter the terms of these Terms of Use.
