Dispute Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our Customer Support team at fpmarketspor@gmail.com.

If our customer support representatives are unable to resolve your issue, you may file a complaint with our Compliance Department. They will conduct a comprehensive and impartial assessment to determine whether we have acted fairly and fulfilled all of our contractual and regulatory obligations to you. Please be sure to describe the issue in detail and gather all supporting documentation necessary to effectively resolve your complaint.

We strive to provide you with a written response within 5 days of receiving your complaint regarding our decision. However, some complex complaints may take longer to resolve. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of progress.

If you believe we have not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, you may submit it to the Financial Commission.

Complaints with the Financial Commission

If the Company remains unresolved, or the client remains dissatisfied, the client may file a complaint with the Financial Commission (fpmarketspor@gmail.com), of which the Company is a member.

The Financial Commission is an independent and impartial external dispute resolution service for Forex and CFDs. Clients should always contact the Financial Commission in accordance with its rules and procedures.

Note the following about making a complaint to the Financial Commission:

The Financial Commission only accepts certain types of complaints; you can learn more about this on their website or contact our Compliance Department.

Complaints to the Financial Commission must be made within 45 days of the incident.

If a member broker refuses to comply with a judgment, or if a member is terminated without paying the judgment, the Compensation Fund provides insurance coverage up to €20,000.
