Withdrawal risk notice

Dear FP Markets users:

Withdrawing funds involves the risk of transferring assets. Before making a withdrawal, please carefully read this Risk Warning Notice to fully understand the potential risks of withdrawing funds and the various risk factors associated with this service. Please carefully consider your own risk awareness, risk identification, and risk tolerance, and make a prudent decision to accept this service.

Once you have acknowledged this Service Warning Notice, you have carefully read and understood the entire contents of this Risk Warning Notice and voluntarily accepted FP Markets' withdrawal service. This means that you fully understand the risks of withdrawing funds and are willing to assume the risks and legal liabilities that may arise from such withdrawals.

FP Markets hereby issues the following risk warnings and statements:

1. Change of Asset Ownership: Once you withdraw assets to another platform or address, these assets will become controlled by the individual or platform that withdrew the assets.

2. Platform Unrecoverable: Once a withdrawal is completed, the platform will not assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets.

3. Asset Loss from Withdrawals to Untrusted Platforms: You may withdraw assets to untrusted platforms such as Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes due to inducement, resulting in the inability to withdraw assets from these platforms.

4. Non-Repayment of Loans: You may withdraw assets to another address due to a loan relationship, but the individual fails to return the funds, resulting in asset loss.

5. Money Laundering Risk: You may assist others in purchasing and withdrawing assets at the request of or through inducement, potentially engaging in money laundering and potentially aiding others in committing crimes, leading to legal prosecution.

6. Incorrect Address: You may withdraw assets to an incorrect address due to an error in the information provided by the individual, resulting in asset loss.

7. Risks of ICO Participation: ICO crowdfunding is a high-risk investment. Please exercise due caution. Please do not withdraw funds directly to the ICO crowdfunding address, as this will result in you not receiving the raised digital assets.

8. Risks Caused by Force Majeure: This includes but is not limited to unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure events such as war, financial market crises, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks, and any other unpredictable or unforeseen risks that may result in losses from withdrawals. Users are solely responsible for any losses resulting from force majeure and other unforeseen events.

9. Losses Caused by User Fault: This includes but is not limited to: poor decision-making, improper operation, forgotten or leaked passwords, password hacking, third-party intrusion into personal computer systems, and losses caused by malicious or improper operation by others when entrusting others to conduct transactions on their behalf.

10. When a user's risk control system detects an anomaly, the user explicitly refuses or fails to actively cooperate with the platform's risk control requirements for further anti-money laundering verification.

The platform reserves the right to directly deem such an account abnormal and take appropriate measures, including but not limited to raising the user's risk level and freezing the user's account and associated accounts, until the user's cooperation and evidence of risk control have passed the platform's risk control review.

Important Note: This risk warning does not guarantee the complete disclosure of all risks associated with withdrawals. Before withdrawing funds through Uniswap, users should fully understand relevant policies and regulations, carefully read the platform's service agreement, and carefully consider their own risk tolerance based on their own circumstances.

You represent and warrant that you have carefully read this risk warning, understand and are aware of all risks outlined above, and are willing to bear any losses resulting from this.

Important Note!
